  3. Photographs will not be passed on or sold to any third party and remain the property of the photographer.
  4. All photographs displayed on the website are watermarked, however SHOOT-OUT takes no responsibility in the event of the images being taken from the website and used for other purposes. You participate in the competition and the gallery at your own risk.
  5. SHOOT-OUT reserves the right to use any uploaded images for publicity purposes. Copyright will always be acknowledged to the photographer.
    6. These terms may be updated from time to time at the sole discretion of the organisers. The competition organiser's decision is final on all matters.
